នៅតំបន់សម្បទានសង្គមកិច្ច ឃុំពង្រ ស្រុកចុងកាល់ ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ នៃគម្រោង LASED III ៖ ក្រុមការងារគម្រោង នៃមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ បានចុះតាមដាន និងណែនាំសម្បទានិកអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ផ្ទះសំណាញ់ ដោយផ្តោតលើការរៀបចំដី ការដាំដុះ និងការថែទាំដំណាំឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
សកម្មភាពនេះដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ឈឿន ពន្លឺ ជនបង្គោល ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី លោក ខន ខែម មន្ត្រីមន្ទីរ និង លោកស្រី ឆោម ចរិយា ប្រធានសហគមន៍កសិកម្មទំនើបស្រះកែវមានជ័យ។
បច្ចុប្បន្ន មានផ្ទះសំណាញ់សរុប ១៨៣ ខ្នង ក្នុងនោះ ១៧២ ខ្នងបានសាងសង់រួចរាល់ និង ៥២ ខ្នងបានចាប់ផ្តើមដាំដំណាំ ខណៈសម្បទានិកមួយចំនួនកំពុងបន្តរៀបចំដី ដើម្បីត្រៀមដាំដុះ។ ដំណាំដែលកំពុងដាំដុះ រួមមាន ស្ពៃចង្កឹះ ស្ពៃហាង សណ្តែកបាយ ត្រប់ ស្លឹកខ្ទឹម ត្រកួន និងផ្ទី។ បន្លែដែលបានប្រមូលផលមួយចំនួនត្រូវបានយកមកសម្រាប់បរិភោគក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងមានការលក់ដូរខ្លះក្នុងភូមិបានមួយចំនួនផងដែរ។
ការដាំដុះក្នុងផ្ទះសំណាញ់នេះមិនត្រឹមតែជួយឱ្យគ្រួសារមានបន្លែស្រស់សម្រាប់បរិភោគប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជួយបង្កើនចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍របស់សម្បទានិកក្នុងការផលិតផលិតផលកសិកម្ម និងបង្កើតឱកាសបន្ថែមសម្រាប់បង្កើនចំណូលគ្រួសារ។

LASED III Project Team Inspects and Promotes Greenhouse Cultivation to Improve the Livelihoods of Land Recipients
At the social land concession area in Pongro commune, Chong Kal district, Oddar Meanchey province under the LASED III Project, the project team from the Oddar Meanchey Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries conducted follow-ups and provided guidance to land recipients on using net greenhouses. The team focused on proper and efficient land preparation, cultivation, and crop care.
This activity was led by Mr. Chhoen Ponleu, Focal Person, with the participation of Mr. Khorn Khem, Department Officer, and Ms. Chhom Chariya, Head of the Srah Keo Meanchey Modern Agricultural Community.
Currently, there are 183 net greenhouses in total, of which 172 have been fully constructed and 52 have begun crop cultivation. Meanwhile, several other land grantees are continuing soil preparation in readiness for planting. The crops currently being grown include bok choy, mustard greens, mung beans, eggplants, scallions, water spinach, and amaranth. A portion of the harvested vegetables has been used for household consumption, with some sales made within the village.
Cultivation inside net greenhouses not only provides families with fresh vegetables for consumption, but also enhances the recipients' knowledge and experience in agricultural production, creating additional opportunities to boost household income.
Moving forward, the team will continue to monitor and provide technical guidance on crop planting and care. They will also study market demand and identify potential buyers to link the land grantees' produce to the market.
